How long will it take for my order to ship?

At Swadeshi Shawls, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful online payment confirmation (COD is not available).

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner serviceability. Remote areas may require additional time.

You will receive a confirmation message with tracking details once your order has been shipped. If you need assistance, our customer support team is always happy to help.

Do you offer free shipping?

At Swadeshi Shawls, we may offer free shipping on eligible orders based on current promotions or minimum purchase value. Free shipping availability and terms may vary from time to time.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be indicated at checkout before you complete your purchase. For detailed information or ongoing offers, please check the shipping section during checkout or contact our customer support team.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

No, shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been successfully placed. We request customers to carefully review their billing and shipping details before completing the purchase. Swadeshi Shawls is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

At Swadeshi Shawls, we partner with trusted courier services to deliver your order safely and on time. However, delays can occasionally happen due to factors like high shipping demand, weather conditions, public holidays or logistical issues.

If your package is delayed, you can track its status using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation. For any unexpected delays or concerns, please reach out to our customer support team — we’ll help coordinate with the courier partner and keep you updated.

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately with your order details. We will initiate an investigation with the courier service and assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay using Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Net Banking and trusted digital wallets. These payment options are widely supported by Indian payment gateways and allow fast and secure transactions.

Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All payments must be completed online at the time of placing your order to confirm processing and shipping.
